Cragwood Country House Hotel

The total stay was relaxing for one night. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good.

Staff and food were first class and I loved that the place was fairly clean.

I enjoyed staff and location. My room included an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. Everything seemed excellent, clean.

The place is trendy boutique and spotless, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 4 star rating. Stunning, gorgeous location in the absolutely beautiful area. Walking distance from bus station - 15 mins. Well-appointed room with a large bed and wonderful views.

Fabulous place, extremely comfy beds, brilliant staff. Perfect room, clean bathroom, lovely breakfast. There was a lovely garden in the hotel Moreover, we were able to park on site. Bar was pretty nice.

Absolutely gorgeous building, perfect location, affable staff. I liked the breakfast, food was good. The suite was stunning, had fantastic views. Service was really exceptional, that made the hotel special place. Hot drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

Scenic views and informative staff. The room was contemporary, had a marble-lined bathroom. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. The location was historic, just a pleasant stroll away from a rope-bound treetop adventure course.

Rooms and staff were fine, simply an authentic hotel. Location near the private beach. Particularly good view, a little balcony, soft bed, too. Spacious garden and heated pool.

Absolutely brilliant staff and a glorious location. They made my stay wonderful! Luxurious room and very comfy bed so I slept well. Delicious breakfast combined with perfect service.

The staff were excellent and the food delicious. Beautiful location, you can walk everywhere. We loved to have evening drinks at The Gaddum, based nearby. Lake view was worthy. There is nothing better than Cragwood.

Great place for 2 nights. Barman is the best ever! Room was good sized and amenities included a sofa bed, an iron and a writing desk. We really loved lovely food.

The hotel was adjacent to brockhole lake district visitor centre and you can walk to brockhole. Property was very clean.

Hotel was excellent, including staff and rooms. The view was STUNNING.
